Harry Pickle Chills With Jimmy G.I, Harry Pickle, could not have been any more excited about getting the opportunity to see the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and too top the jar off...Murphy's Law! Before the show I was fortunate enough to be hangin' outside where I bumped into Jimmy G. of Murphy's Law fame. This guy's shows are the most energetic, crazy, insane ones of any non-pickle person I have ever met. He is gherkin amazing! Jimmy took a couple minutes before he went on to answer a couple of questions that are always on my mind...
Harry: Jimmy, what are your favorite pickles? (always an important question in picking your friends!) Jimmy: Eddy's Pickles...garlic flavor. And there's this place on the lower East Side that only sells pickles. Harry: How many pickles can you eat in a minute? (how cool are you?) Jimmy: If they're gherkin, an easy dozen. Eddy's pickles would be a little more difficult `cause of the garlic. Harry: What is your favorite food to eat pickles with? (correct answer: anything! But, maybe that is just me.) Jimmy: Sushi (yummy!) Harry: In your opinion, what time is best to eat pickles? (correct answer: anytime! Once again, that may just be me?) Jimmy: Naked, after sex (no response by me...) Harry: Do you bring pickles on tour with you? (just for the record...no tour is complete without a daily supplement of pickles) Jimmy: I always bring my pickle wherever I go! (that is the kind of answer I like to hear) Harry: Does Murphy's Law have any songs in the works about pickles? (Pickle Preservation Society theme song is the Pickle Polka) Jimmy: If a group of people ask tonight, I will do one...I look forward to it! Harry: (to myself) This guy rocks, pickle people need more supporters like Jimmy...I think I'm in love...whoa...just kidding.
Well, I think this interview came out really good, however, if you didn't, please remeber that this is my first. I hope it has shed some light into everyone's lives on just how important pickles are...in everyone's lives. I just want to thank Jimmy G and the rest of Murphy's Law for being cool as a cuke. I am glad Jimmy took my no-holds-barred approach to interviewing in stride. Page design by Pickle King (rob@pickleking.com) Page Last modified on 8/02/99 |
